Christina Loftus, JD, LCSW/LICSW, ACC, has spent her career working where law, human development, and meaningful change meet.
After more than a decade practicing law, Christina became a licensed clinical social worker and worked directly with lawyers, judges, and law students as a clinician with the Texas Lawyers’ Assistance Program. Her work as an ICF-credentialed coach and Human Operating Systems Architecture practitioner and Faculty Fellow adds further dimensions to how she understands performance, leadership, identity, relationships, and change.
Christina created HumanEsq™ to bring those perspectives together in service of a more human way to practice, lead, and grow in law.
