THE ENGAGEMENT PROCESS
A program shaped around what needs to change.
1. Discover
We begin with a conversation about your audience, context, objectives, constraints, and the challenge beneath the requested topic.
2. Design
Christina develops an experience suited to the setting—from a focused presentation to an interactive workshop or extended developmental journey.
3. Integrate
When appropriate, the engagement includes reflection, practice, or follow-up resources that help learning move beyond the event.
WHY CHRISTINA
Experience across law, clinical practice, coaching, and human development.
Christina Loftus, JD, LCSW/LICSW, ACC, brings more than a speaker’s understanding of legal-profession challenges. Her perspective draws on experience as a practicing attorney, licensed clinical social worker, ICF-credentialed coach, former Texas Lawyers’ Assistance Program clinician, and Human Operating Systems Architecture practitioner and adjunct faculty member.
She translates complex ideas about human behavior, professional performance, and organizational change into accessible learning experiences grounded in the realities of legal work.
START A CONVERSATION
What does your audience need to be able to do—not simply know?
Tell us about your organization, audience, desired outcomes, and the challenge you want the program to address. We will begin by exploring what format and developmental approach best fit the work.
